Post subject:  850 PRO 128GB throws bunch of I/O errors

Hi!
I have a not working 850 PRO, from the first part of 2015 (most of the chips had 1503, 1504 date codes). I had couple of tries to upload the decrypted FW with hdparm, unfortunately none of the EXM03B6Q or EXM04B6Q worked. Some of the files seems to be uploaded and later got rejected.
Seems to be uploaded versions are EXM0{3,4}B6Q_10170217, EXM0{3,4}B6Q_20170203, EXM0{3,4}B6Q_30170203:

Code:
/dev/sdb:
fwdownload: xfer_mode=3 min=1 max=2048 size=512
...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................SG_IO: bad/missing sense data, sb[]:  70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0a 04 51 e0 00 21 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
. Done.

Code:
/dev/sdb:
fwdownload: xfer_mode=3 min=1 max=2048 size=512
...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................SG_IO: bad/missing sense data, sb[]:  70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0a 00 40 e0 00 21 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
. Done.

Code:
/dev/sdb:
fwdownload: xfer_mode=3 min=1 max=2048 size=512
...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................SG_IO: bad/missing sense data, sb[]:  70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0a 00 40 e0 00 21 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
. Done.

Versions like EXM0{3,4}B6Q_50170208, EXM0{3,4}B6Q_50170208, EXM0{3,4}B6Q_60170208 just returns with SG_IO error at the beginning:
Code:
/dev/sdb:
fwdownload: xfer_mode=3 min=1 max=2048 size=512
SG_IO: bad/missing sense data, sb[]:  70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0a 04 51 e0 00 21 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

I assume the drives should have some HW related error, can any of you help with the needed voltages what I should measure on the board?

Regards

I managed to extract some information trough the JTAG interface, the flash chips seems to be healthy.
