Adobe Files inaccesible

Heyhey,

I have a Lacie Big 2 NAS, recently it stopped working (blinking red light and no connection to the Imac).
We looked on the internet and it seemed there was no fix for our problem, therefore we took it to a data recovery company but they were only able to get out the JPEGS and not any of the Adobe files.
They did say the adobe files were still in there.

Therefore my question: is there a service/program/technique that would be able to read out the Adobe files out of our broken hard drive?
or any other advice regarding the matter?

I Thank you for your time and answers,

kind regards,
Martijn

These drives were SSDs?

Doesn't make much sense to me. In general if you're able to recover (larger) JPEGs whatever RAID was involved is correctly solved. No reason why you wouldn't be able to recover other files types too. Do recovered JPEGs have original filenames?

Did you inform them the PDFs are not okay, what was their explanation?

May we ask which data recovery company?

And were the JPEGS all recovered as “raw” (i.e. no original filenames)?
