Hello
I have a usb stick with SKhynix H23QFGBPG1MCS 64 GB memory of LGA-70 with AM6998E-QN controller.

I am looking for a tool that can do data recovery from SKhynix H23QFGBPG1MCS 64 GB memory from LGA-70.

I can't find the data recovery tool that supports LGA-70 chip.

See the pictures

I also look for the donor USB stick to move the memory.

You can help me

Thank you

Any chance of a higher resolution picture of U2 ? or the markings on it. A quick google suggests it may read in an LGA 60 adapter and a few members have dealt with them before. I do chip off as a last resort here, it's normally easier to fix the stick a donor may be a better way to go.

It looks like an MT24LC02 2Kbit EEPROM.

Ta. There's no way I can read that, but I guess it's easier when you already know the shortlist to pick from :D

Curious if it was chip off, repair original device or hybrid if it's not commercial sensitive to disclose.
