sonicmario,
New for at least 20 years at a storage temperature of up to 150C.
But it quickly reduces the shelf life as it wears out. Somewhere in 10 times with wear of only 1% of 100,000 cycles.

Are you going to do that annoying thing again where you ask same question 10 times without digesting answers already given?

Data for that chip was already in PDF Frank gave you (http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/40281.pdf) in this thread https://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=41260.

I read the PDF but I am confused because in the PDF it only says 20 years of data retention for this model and NOR flash chip but it does not say under what storage conditions it retains data for 20 years? here where I live the temperature is 32-34ºC

Okay, I'll get one, keep it at 32-34ºC and check ECC monthly. I'll let you know in how many years I get errors.
