 Post subject: INFO ABOUT THIS NAND CHIP

Hi guys. After hours of looking for info about this nand chip, i try to ask if some one has never chipped-off this nand.
It's a bga-52 and come from 64 GB pendrive.

That Black stripe looks like it is where the original Sandisk Part number was. The other FOG512xxxxx number is likely the number etched after the chip was refurbished. So really you would need to dump it to know what the chip layout is. May help to post a picture of both sides of the drive, not just the NAND chip. Also what the controller number is for anyone to give an opinion on if it can be recovered using Chip-Off

I'm having problems getting the dump, for incorrect id is responsed by pc3000. I attach controller shot.

This one is going to be a pain to recover. I don't know if PC3K will do the job. can you post the underneath of the chip (ball side) and the PCB where the chip is placed?
