Also, you've probably been interacting with just the sales guys who have no clue what is and isn't possible. It's quite rare that you'd actually be getting the tech staff to respond to your queries and bigger companies especially have pushy commission-based salesmen that'll do anything to just get a case in the door. Most of us that have replied here are in the business of professional recovery on the technical side of things. |
