Sandisk SDSSDA-240G Not detected

hi everyone

I have an 240GB SSD Sandisk (controller SM2246XT) 7 years old and was used in a PC. Customer said it started to slow down and not working properly until it died. it doesn't show or detected by Rstudio,MRT, windows, Bios...etc. so what i did i got a donor SSD same model and capacity i transferred the 4 storage chips from nthe patient SSD to the Donor and then the donor stopped working and not detected anymore and suffered from same issue. then i soldered the 4 chips from the donor (working SSD) onto the patient board and the patient board started working fine so it shows the controller and board are in working order and the problem is in the 4 storage chips. does anyone know is it possible to recover the data? and is there anyway to recover it? my MRT is useless as i contacted the support and they said MRT can't really recover data from SSD's.

thanks

You really need the proper tools to tackle SSD drives, once they start failing there's very little you can do without them. You could try a chip off with FE or similar http://www.flash-extractor.com/library/SM/SM2246/ results from any tool are going to depend on the damage level to the NAND.
