Hi to all!

Two years ago this ssd was sabotaged and damaged.
Any chance to recover his data?

it does not look fatal at first glance. I would wire it up to a good sata connector and see if it gets alive.

I can see at least 2 or 3 ic's which appear to have exploded.

i think I would remove them and see if there is any chance the damage has not gone any further up the line.

What's the controller - any chance of a better image where we can see the blown ICs. I'm surprised no one has tried just grabbing them from a donor yet.

oh, now i can see it, the first pic was pretty low res. I was only suspicious about the smoke signs at the sata connector solder points, but there was not much to burn...
This looks a bit worse than it first did.

What controller does it have?

This drive is protected by an e-fuse (EF05 -> STEF05). Obviously it didn't work. You can remove the e-fuse and bypass it.

I can't see the markings on the other ICs, but my database should help you to identify them:

http://www.users.on.net/~fzabkar/Datasheets/DATAURLS.HTM

After removing the burnt ICs, check the resistance between ground and each of the inductors. This will tell you if any of the major ICs are shorted. When you see this kind of damage, there is a high likelihood that the +5V supply has punched through the IC and clobbered the load.
