Samsung wfilled with zeros

I have this samsung PM871, 256GB ssd from a client. It gives error crc-error in windows, and all blocks are filled with zero's in PC3000, even the MFT. I am doing a clone of the disk now, but it looks like it will be working the next week and maybe more.....

I have seen this before with a SSHD, where all blocks are filled with zeroes, even the MFT, and other recovery-companies said this is unrecoverable
And i cannot do anything with this in PC3000, or any other recoveryprogram.
Any ideas or suggestions?

There's no direct support for the PM871 under pc3k ssd (not sure if anything is close enough to use, I've not needed to check). Are trying with with ssd extension or just pc3k - Does the drive come ready properly ? There's no point in cloning just 00's .
