Recieved a Sony 32GB Pendrive with controller AM6998-QN ,Is this AlcorMicro or something else , This page says broadway anyone has any idea of this please - > https://www.usbdev.ru/files/broadway/6998rcvrytool/

NAND ID - > 2x1 983A98A3 76510814, part size=16384Mb, page size=18432 bytes, block size=384 pages
