Hi,

Could not find anything regarding this device on forum and google.

PCIe SSD is not detected at all. It was in laptop and stopped to work suddenly. If anyone has experience with those. Maybe the two holes are for safe mode ?
Nothing get super hot. Controller is warm, all looks normal.

I see it is supported by PC3000 Portable III. Assuming that it is a firmware related issue, you aren't going to get anywhere without it. You are welcome to sub it to me, but I'm sure that there are closer options.

We have it too. PS5005 is also supported by FE and VNR. So if PS5008 is not crypted it should be supported too by chip-off.
