MacBook Pro A2141 16" Late 2019 Data Recovery

Good folks,
I am looking for some help. Recently my MacBook Pro stopped working and I had to get it repaired locally. However there was some corruption in the SSD (1 TB AP1024N) because of which it had to be formatted and OS was reloaded. I went to System Report and checked it's not showing anything related to TRIM. I have tried to recover the data through softwares like Stellar, Disk Drill, etc but unfortunately the previous files aren't really showing up. I wanna check on:
- Is the data really recoverable in a case like this?
- If the data is recoverable then what should be the next steps? Are there any softwares recommended to get the data back?
TIA
