Hi - I'm trying to use v1.10 of the above to create an image of a SD card from an industrial ethernet switch. Card reads fine in my machine (drive letter assigned in disk management) but in the Raw Copy Tool I only ever have the option to select a single file from the card. I also have "Disks found: 0" in the status of the tool. I'm sure its something simple but how do you image the whole SD card? TIA

I don't know how to get around your problem, but you could use the free version of DMDE to clone your card to a file (Tools -> Copy Sectors).
