SSD with a lot of ecc error

I client brought me a chinese ssd from the brand markvision i have as controller a sm2246xt, i dont have any problems to upload the loader with the pc3k and build the translator. But when i try to clone i have a lot of ecc errors.
Someone try to cool down the memories to improve the reading or try to read the memories correct the ecc in the dump, and write in new memories, of course the same model of nand flash?

If you haven't already tried increase the read retries all the way and give it a couple of passes.
