any suggestion to remove coating for chip off

There's no way to do it. Better to find pinout on the controller's side.

I had a similar device, but it had ITE5019, which has obviously different pinout, judging by the pcb traces, so i can't help with this one

I agree.I tried doing the samething but it got destroyed somehow.
