Can anybody tell me, where is the short point for safe mode on
this WD GREEN SSD

No, it's a Sandisk, 20-82-00469 I suppose.
It's not supported by PC3K, but it can be recovered if NANDs are in good condition.

Yes, it could be recovered by chip-off. We do last week one with same controller.

Arvika ,
i have never tried chipoff in SSD ,Is the entire thing same to same like in typical NAND devices ,Reading Correcting ECC ,XOR ,Image building etc
