Got a pair of 800GB Toshiba/Hitachi PX02SMF080/SFB5A-M800SS SAS Enterprise SSDs from a Hitachi storage VP9500 (also it was HPE P9500).
They have a bug, which leads to inevitable failure after 70000 hours online, and, should have a update, but it's not publicly accessible:
