I got this Sandisk 128GB USB Monlith.

when connecting to W10, it ask to format. R-Studio show 64 MB. Firmware corruption ?

Looks like a common bug.

if your Sandisk is recognized as Anisha 64mb - the NAND is disconnected from controller
AKA safe mode, ROM mode solution is here

Swap is always risky. If possible (no encryption), always try chip-off method first.
