Hello to everyone?
Last week a client brought me a ssd from sandisk, model: sdssd-240g, the drive did not give
id and when i took a look in detail in the board I observed 2 components broken. The first component is the protection diode, which if I polarize in both way is in short circuit and is slightly broken like is appreciated in the bottom.jpg
The other component is a voltage regulator called U1, and part of the package is broken like is appreciated in up.jpg and vr.jpg, and when I measure voltage in L4 I only get 0.0v. Even after I remove the diode I have the same results, for the moment I don't remove the voltage regulator. The pc3k indicated to me a consumption of 0,15A.
In U1 I can appreciated 2 markings 6336 BN and dACH27, I try to search the marking in google without result and i look to the post in hddoracle about “Datasheets for SSD and Flash Drives Ics” (
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=100&t=1577). Putting the board in angle I could count part of the bga balls and I estimate this package musta have 20 bga pads.
If any one can help to find the component I want to try if mouser or digikey have this component for sale.
Thanks very much for anyone who read my post
My best regards
