Model: MZ-NLN2560
Part Number P/N: 5SD0H00092
Capacity 256GB

Notes:
- Pulled from a Lenovo Yoga 700
- The SSD doesn't post or appear in an adapter or different laptop at all.
- I'm a SMD newbie, but I have a rework/solder station. I went over a couple suspicious spots with flux and heat
- I've tried freezing it (for about 10 minutes)
- I've tried it in a different laptop with m2 SSD slot
- I've tried using it with an M.2 SSD adapter and PartedMagic

Nothing has helped so far.

I have an idential working M2 SSD on the way.

Would it be possible to move components from the dead SSD to working SSD? (i.e. NAND chips) - I've watched some videos on BGA soldering, I can probably do it (getting rest of tools I need beforehand).

Any tips or suggestions for working with this SSD along with a working matching donor would be greatly appreciated! :)

supply voltages are worth checking at the large cap - inductor nodes, but most likely the failing component is exactly the NANDs.
I would check the ata status register as well, and try reading ID if the thing comes ready at all, but i suppose you have no ways of doing that without special equipment or going into sw development. (MHDD can display it for drives detected during POST, not sure if it can do it if the unit does not come ready at all, but i have ideas for that too)

I believe these may be the safe mode shorting points.

yes. and if it gets detected with 'safe mode' shorted, then it is almost surely NAND related.
