I expect that each NAND would have an R/B pin, perhaps shared, and this pin would be pulled up to 1.8V via a resistor.
I don't know what would happen if you were to "defeat" the SDRAM.

Chip-off - no result. Device was encrypted with Bitlocker. Game Over.

Well,
Chip off possible in PS3110 , Its interesting to know ,If you can built a file system try UFS pro to decrypt bitlocked partitions ,If the key is somewhere they do this on the fly i just had a case of a Kingston A400 BTW .
