Hello,
I got this m.2, it's supported by PC-3000 but I can't get into safe mode. Has anyone work on this drive before ? Are my pin-out correct ? When powered on, drive reg DRD & DWF are green. Can't get more

Could be physical issue, when powered on, I get all reg on, like nothing is connected. If I short, I get DRD & DWF.

Looks like liquid, i've cleaned it no change. I've checked caps, looks ok. When connected, it takes 0.36A on 5V and 0.00 on 12V.

This SSD has its own firmware and command system. The PC-3000 will not be able to work with it.

Yes, it's confirmed by ACE, they support it. I need to access safe mode to upload firmware. Without safe mode, impossible to get data, that's why I think it could be HW related.

Indeed, the TC58NC1000 controller is a relabeled Phison PS3110. But this particular Toshiba KSG60ZMVxxxG drive has its own firmware and command system. It is not supported by the PC-3000.
If you don't believe me, ask tech support to clarify this issue, or tell me which engineer told you this.

I too don't believe Ace said that this drive in particular is supported.
I think something got lost in translation.

No tool will support a dead SSD.
The photo clip appears to be showing two supply voltages, 0.33V and 0.25V (what are the other 4 supplies?). Something is wrong here, or perhaps the PMIC is in some kind of standby mode?

The 10-pin IC may be an e-fuse. Can you measure its input and output voltages? Can you tell us its markings?
There also appears to be a tiny smt fuse ("F" ?) or polyswitch above this IC.

How can I check if PMIC is in stanby mode ?
Sorry for the mess, the value in orange with . (dot) before where diode mode, not voltage. I put supply voltage in red for the filter only.

Thank you for checking. Has anyone experience issue that reballing could fix ? Reballing is pretty frequent in iPhone, iPad, GPU.. wondering If that's something I should try here as I don' t have a lot of idea left.

The only thing that occurs to me is that you could try to find the NAND R/B pin(s) and short one of them to ground during power-on. These pins are open drain, so no damage should result.
