copy/clone invisible pen drive in windows XP (dongle)

June 8th, 2022, 4:01

hello guys, i have a problem (just one?!)
on my windows XP sp3 I have a pendrive that cannot be seen in my computer or device manager (not accessible or visible, but it exists and works).
Unfortunately, I can't use the excellent HDD Raw Copy tool (because obviously it doesn't see it)
the pendrive is a dongle for one program that runs on win xp
what can be done? (also for a fee)
many thanks for anyone who can help me!
Margot

ps: I could disconnect the pendrive and insert it into a hardware duplicator, but that's not what I want to do and or it doesn't necessarily work that way!

Your USB device is not at storage device and can not be cloned.
It´s a USB security dongle, most likely contains a kind of CPU, MCU or PIC.

do you mean that it is not a normal pendrive but a more complex system (like micro PC)?
