how can i read it and recover photos?

you need some tool to read it, ie pc3k, VNR or FE, then reassemble the logical image from the dump and recover the files from that.
The reading part should be possible using some eprom programmer too, or using a microcontroller, if you have programming skills and are familiar with analyzing raw data in hex editor, but should be easier to find somebody with the right tools and have him/her to recover it for you.

So it is the 12x17mm package? you can solder that to acelab wire adapter.
Found it in pc3k flash db so it can do it most probably.
