Is this NAND or EMMC?

July 7th, 2022, 6:04

I got a Hama USB drive in for recovery.

Inside looks like chinese, blob controller, this weird chip that i never seen in a usb and lots of hot glue.

Does anyone what this is? NAND or EMMC? Any clue about the pinout i can use to connect?

Please help. Thank you.

It is NAND, BGA-154, quite rare. It could be 16-bit. Here it is refurbished chip, so can be more suprizes.

With which adapter / converter can this MR BGA154 be connected to PC3000 flash and be able to read the chip, considering this is 16 bit.

I tried to contact you for details on Skype: Multi-COM found on your webpage but no answer, maybe skype not used.
