I know this maybe a dumb question, some times i receive a SD used in a professional voice recorders and the client deleted files or formated the partition and when i try to do a raw recovery all the wav files in the raw dont work, i try many programs r-studio, ufs, testdisk, reclaim pro, active file recovery. Some one have a similar experience and could overcome the problem.

Thanks very much to read and my best regards

I would do some research.

Start with a blank, zero filled card, format it in the voice recorder, and then clone it to an image file.

Record one conversation and then image the card again.

Delete the conversation and image the card.

Use a hex editor and/or data recovery software to examine the images.

AIUI, some (all?) Olympus voice recorders use proprietary audio codecs. If a recovered audio sample doesn't play, then you might try to patch it into a working audio recording in a working SD card. Hopefully the voice recorder will then be able to play it.
