Hello, This drive got an electrical shot after customer connected wrong power supply. it's take 1.13 amp and get really hot, I can identify faulty part, is this a Mosfet ? looking for same part to replace it. Thanks

thanks for the link to the other post, sad there was no final answer from OP. there's several component to gnd here (both pads), all in red. I was thinking the Cap in blue could be the root but DC-DC is clearly heating quickly.

It's easy enough to pull the ic and see if the shorts disappear. |
