My Huawei P20 Lite phone that just died over night after it was send to a repair shop they said there is extensive damage to some motherboard components and the ribbon cable connectors.

They said I have to replace the mb cause they don't have the specialized tools replace components on the mb.

The problem is I need to access the Google Authenticator App on the phone to access my accounts as it was never backed up.

Can data be recovered in way to access the Google Authenticator App?

No, you need to fix the phone. Make sure repair shop is good (ask for pics of damaged chipset), they can tell you what they want...
