Hello guys!

I have this Wise CFast 2.0. It is getting voltage and with short the PC3K is recognize the SSD with 4MB...
I ordered a new one to check the scematic layout but its a different PCB...

My problem is that i want to get the data, but the pc is not recognize the SSD.

I am not sure if its the controller or the NAND chips... i didnt find any shorts.. does anyone have any experience with a case like this?
Is reballing an option?

Thank you guys!

The only solution for this controller chip is chip off

You need read chip at external reader and assembly the data. Usually swap or reballing not help, just makes bigger degradation of memory modules.

For this case probably Flash Extractor or VNR will be the best.
