Buy another one and transplant the chip.

Don't do this.

That IC is a dual P-channel MOSFET. It functions as the main power switch for the SSD and is probably controlled by the DevSleep pin on the NVMe interface.

You can simply bypass this switch by bridging its drain and source pins with a wire.

PMPB20XPE, NXP, -20V, -10.3A, P-channel Trench MOSFET, marking 1D, DFN2020MD-6 (SOT1220):

That said, there could be a short circuit to ground downstream from this MOSFET. Start by measuring the resistance between each of its pins and ground.

If all is OK, then locate the inductors on the PCB and measure their resistance to ground. These will be the onboard power supplies.

Here are SSDs with similar PMICs:

Sorry, it's a single MOSFET, but the advice remains the same.

thank fzabkar for useful information

so i remove this chip and try find source and drain pin. drain pin is connected to ground. it will short if i connect source and drain

There must be problem in one of the two regulators or their capacitors. Don't short the drains and sources.

Look for shorts near U36 and U35.

yes, found shorted cap. removed and drive worked well.

thanks a lot fzabkar

And which capacitor was shorted?

Just FYI, this is U36 (the two ICs are functionally equivalent).

Question ,
Just as Dr Kiev Asked And also was that Mosfet OK ,Or you bypassed it after removing shorted CAP
