Hello. I have Toshiba THNSN8960PCSE in read only state, SMART attribute A7 (167) write protect is 02 (normaly it must be 00), read and write operations all give ABRT. Were is no need in data recovery, is there any chance to get rid of read only state, may be by short any testpoints and upload firmware, or through testpoint to enable terminal mode? I tried to connect terminal at 115200 using pcb 4pin connector and there is no reaction and any activity in normal state. Also tried Scure Erase with seted password, no result, tried firmware upload by hdparm (i`ve found Dell FW update for this drives), and disk dose`nt accepted it. PCB photos attached.
