I can't format sd 128 sandisk. I already tried everything, use the hdd low level format 4.4 It formats to the end, but then I open the drive and there are all the files. I don't know what to do.

Maybe the drive has failed and is now in read-only mode?

I already tried that and nothing, I had it shared as storage with my cell phone and encrypted.

It failed. You can no longer write to it. Firmware switched to read only mode. It's dead, Jim.

the sd is full, I already backed up the files with a special program. I delete a file, it deletes it and then it appears again. the common format on the pc gives me an error.

Yes, because deletion implies writing to the card. It's kaput!
