About Flash Extractor

My computer broke, so I downloaded Flash Extractor again, and the Test Retry display became like the photo.

I have no idea what's wrong.

Please advise.

I bought it in September 2021.

Why are you not using the latest version?

Using the latest version will result in a license error: You do not have a version of FE that matches your license.

I don't have the file I purchased, what should I do?

I think at one point someone said they would create an archive of different FE versions on this forum... maybe start there..

uploaded to above link in Arch's post NAND_Reader_v556.rar and Flash_Extractor_v6_1123.rar downloaded on 29-08-2022 which should be pretty close to the last version allowed for your license
