i have this SSD M.2 and it shows like this with R-Studio and when i do scan it seems that there is no data

I suspect that the "shorted" component may be an inductor. It is probably filtering a supply rail, so no problem there. Did your customer reformat the data partition? If so, then the data would have been subject to TRIM. The partition table in sector 0 is empty ... |
