Unrecoverable DATA from SD Card after File Deletion on Mac!!

I have an Mac Air M1 Running Monterey v12.3.1
I have a SD Card Sandisk 128GB 200Mb/s
I accidently Right clicked and moved to Trash and emptied the Trash bin
I've tried Using PC3000 Flash, UFS and R-Studio (on Windows system) to no avail of recovering my files on the SDcard
It feels Strange. Can anyone explain why deleting on Mac differs from Windows??
Is there a gimmick somewhere that i should do in recovering the Data??
