i have an SSD Phison PS3111 240 GB 3D Nand Controller of Phison. SSD detected by the computer but its showing harddisk intialization in disk management. when i intialize it says I/O error i even try to upgrade the firm but its not detected by the Phison firmware upgrading tool. tell me please what i can do to bring it back.

Send it back for warranty replacement or buy a new one. It isn't trustworthy, even if you could fix it.
