I am currently working on an Intel Pro 2500 SSD for fun. It did show up before and allowed me to run dd_rescue for some time, but I had to power cycle more and more often. Now it does not show up anymore on S-ATA. When I connect a JTAG I can see following: Code: [ROM] PORRST[ROM] Rev: 306 CID: 200026BB BID: 323486[ROM] Try BCH[1]: CP=33 EC=54 EP=485[ROM] Try BCH[2]: CP=29 EC=48 EP=485[ROM] Try BCH[3]: CP=36 EC=59 EP=485[ROM] Try BCH[4]: CP=39 EC=64 EP=485[ROM] Load CRP[CRP] Rev: 306 BID: 886938[ROM] Load FWR When I put it in safe mode, I see following Code: [ROM] PORRST[ROM] Rev: 306 CID: 200026BB BID: 323486[ROM] Force Download: waiting for Download Microcode Command...[ROM] Waiting for Link to come up...[ROM] Link is UP. I cannot recover the firmware using sandforce tools, as this is not possible with Hynix flash - afaik. Also I was not very succesful with ecli, I will post the results later. So I will need to double check my uart connection I guess. I would just need to somehow get it working for 2 minutes as there is a firmware update from HP http://web.archive.org/web/202306191906 ... itle_r0001 But currently I cannot confirm the real problem. |

Hello, I know this post is quiet old. Did you have any luck with this SSD? |
