NVMe Toshiba THNSN5512GPU7

Hi friends,

i have this NVMe and the controller is getting very hot. The PC cant recognize the SSD.. i was trying to heat the controller with my heat gun, but still didnt work..
Does anyone has some experience with this SSD and could give me any tips? Thank you!

Have several similar drives. If problem is with FW, not so much can be done. But some of this drives have beginning stage of failure - bad sectors, and this can be recovered.

arvika, Thank you for your reply! The controller is not supportet via PC3k... how can i check if this is a FW problem or just some bad sectors? And if so, how can i fix or jump the sectors?

If there will be only bad sectors (I suppose you check PCB, voltage, osciallation etc) you can image the drive with PC3K. If cant get ID from drive there is high probability for FW issue.
