I don't know if HDD Guru Low Level Format tool is designed for SSDs.
I'm wondering for example if there are any specioal wipe procedures like 'Trim'
or some such to allow a reformat.

Here is what I tried to do:
Install the SSD Windoiws 10 at D:
Simply quick reformat under Windows 10 with a working HDD.

I wanted to move that SSD to a Win7 install to use as a data drive.

Attempring to boot my old MSI 880gm with a Toshiba 2Tb (which is pretty new) failed.
It just kept looping to an O8000 whatevers error screen until I removed the SSD. This
SSD should not have collision problems as I had described in other posts with HDD to HDD hardware.

The SSD is a Crucial SSD BX 500 120 Gb 2.5. I don't know at the moment if there is a Crucial
Toolkit needed on ISO or some such. Simply put Win7 seemed to be detecting something it didn't want to recognize.
