Hello ,

PS : Customer Says the computer hanged and he restarted it and he got enter the bitlockey key message , Its a ASUS Laptop

So Folks ,
I have tried PC3K Ver 7.0 , UFS Pro Ver 9.11 Till 9.18 and trial of Latest 10.2 built and also latest Rstudios ,They All Want The Key ,If there a way i can carve all the sectors of this SSD for the key ,Its TPM Protection IMHO ,I can arrange the laptop also if someone can point me to the right direction

Does he use MS account to sign into PC? If so did he check his MS account?

Joep Sir ,
this will only work if he used a MS account ,if he used a local login password this will not work ,Any other way or trick you know ,I want to know that when the tools automatically find the bitlocker decryption details were is this info stored i will update this thread in a while with the details i have BTW

Well,
Here are some screenshots , The First Two Are Acelab PC3K Ver 7.0 , The Next Are Rstudio Normal And Rstudio Technician , In the Last Two Slides it says something about FVEK Key And VMK Key " In R-studio Tech " ,My question was can i carve this from some sectors or might be another key that i give the tools incase it was stored in HDD " SSD " . Might be its in a File in some partition as this System , Reserved ,Recovery And MyASUS Partitions also .

If this Asus laptop was purchased with a pre-installed Windows system, then you need to contact Asus support.

Do you need a recovery key? They (Asus) installed Windows, so they must have the key.
