I was of opinion that external USB drives (SSD's) are not affected by trim destruction . But I found sandisk SSD which was only quick formatted all filledwith zeros. It seems its trimmed.
Can someone pls. share there experience ?
Thanks

Some years ago that might have been true, but https://www.startech.com/en-us/hdd/encl ... upport=yes and https://superuser.com/questions/1740543 ... sb-adapter

Thanks joep
This sound death ring for Data Recovery industry
1) NVME SSD recovery is extremely complex for average DR person
2) Still large no. of MCU's not supported even by portable
3) Even simple quick formatted logical recovery not possible anymore
4) Same is with SMR / SED drives
