Hi to everybody. I have the case in object
Broken controller marked Y2
Chipoff-->
NandChip are 2 x bga132
Tryied to read each one via pc3k flash but ID is always 0x00000000 .
Power used 1,8 to 2,3

I haven't found any info neither on controller nor on nand.
Has someone experienced with these devices/controllers/nand?
Thanks in advance

A photo of both sides of the PCB may identify it as a standard reference design, and this will then identify the controller.

ok . PCB and smd were all full of resin and main chips all glued so nand/controlle side is in bad conditions (some little smd, resistences, capacitors, etc have detached from pcb) .
Anyway, i will clean as much as possible and post both side photos

The controller seems unique in that the location of pin#1 differs from most other vendors.

Here is one possibility (Lexar DM620):

Notice that the crystal is in the correct place, and the controller is also DRAM-less.

Lexar's DM620 appears to be a rebranded Innogrit IG5216.

Double side PCB Photos. You can see residual resin still laying over controller. Glue (you can still see too) was placed also under each nand.
Desoldering these was hard. None of under-chip 132 pads were damaged

Now that you have removed the NANDs, does the controller identify itself?

Chip could use low power, so you have problem recognize ID at reader.
I have feeleings that this controller use LDPC.

Broken how? If there was no mechanical damage or it was not burned, the first thing you should have done was to use Angelbird support, the company creates its own controllers and offers data recovery help.
https://www.angelbird.com/DataRecovery/

But now after chip off you can simply just ask them what ECC type using in Y2 controller. If the ID is missing, the memory is most likely low voltage as Arvika mentioned. Their website only mentions that the Y2 super-processor uses Built-In EDC | ECC Function - so it's hard to say whether it's LDPC or BCH or something else.

It appears their data recovery 'dude' uses PC3000 portable.

This appears to be an MPtool they use to configure CFExpress card ..
