I have Toshiba KBG40ZPZ256G flash chip desoldered from toshiba laptop motherboard. How to get access to the data on this drive? I don't have PC3000.

That's a single-chip NVMe SSD. https://americas.kioxia.com/content/dam/kioxia/shared/business/ssd/client-ssd/asset/productbrief/cSSD-BG4-product-brief.pdf If this is a working SSD, then install it on a compatible m.2 PCB (like the one in the datasheet). |
