I am getting horrible transfer rates on my Crucial P3 plus NVMe SSD (rig is brand new)

16GB 3600 CL 18 RAM
GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4070 GAMING OCV2 12G
Windows 11 Build 22631

Any thoughts on trobuleshooting?
