Hello, I have an ADATA SSD that has a power failure. When I power it in PC3000, the BSY light remains OFF. I want to test the diodes/transistors and see if I need to replace one of them. Is there a website where we can find SSD electronic Schemas? I really appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks Lamine |

Sometimes you will find a Silicon Motion reference circuit. I have a collection of them at the HDD Oracle. |
