I've no idea how to read it, but I heard also this SanDisk uses LDPC ECC and adaptive XOR... So data recovery may be a really pain in *ss.

Is there a controller on the other side of PCB or is it a FLASH with integrated USB controller?

I did some research on it, but currently I can only read 1CE/1LUN. This type of flash memory typically contains multiple LUNs. However, I cannot find the second physical CE. Changing the address range doesn't help either. So I can only read 1/2 or 1/4 of the chip's capacity.
