SM3281C controller - 128GB UFD.

2x H25BFT8A1B8R which ID as AD7E2853 both appear to read, bad blocks autocut when adding to the graph but ECC can't be found again.

Anyone had any experience with these chips in either PC3000 or VNR , my TS is up for renewal which is a large chunk towards VNR.

Try RR-19 from VNR or Hynix v6 from FE. Sometimes this chip is tricky to correct.

Currently still stuck with PC3K flash my attempt to impulse buy VNR out of frustration were thwarted as the online shop has gone from the website?

This is supposed to be a supported nand and I assume controller in PC3K but this looks like it's going the same way as the other cases I've posted about, another unsupported variant of something listed as fully supported in the documentation.

Have you seen this combination before and know that it can be solved with VNR ? ( by an average user ... not just a God like genius such as yourself )

Im now up to just over 80% of my chip off cases being unrecoverable.

This controller is not so hard to recover. Sometimes need non standard solution. Example here: http://www.flash-extractor.com/library/ ... 28_22__1x1 or here http://www.flash-extractor.com/library/ ... __1x1__Ref

VNR can solve almost all cases from technical point of view. The success rate depends on the skill of the engineer.

I saw the FE mixes - but without ECC I'm dead in the water again before I get there.

I'll drop rusolut an email now the holiday is over.

I've posted a few of the case I've had issues with lately, it's incredibly frustrating just to keep hit a wall like this.
