Data recovery from Samsung 850 PRO

Hello.
The disk is based on the system: S4LN045X01-8030
The disk is "BSY" after switching on. PC-3000 has only two loaders and after trying to load them the disk is still in the "BSY" state. Is there any chance of data recovery? Maybe someone in Europe?
