HDD GURU FORUMS

Hi everyone, new to this forum, came here to try to understand the behavior of this little rascal:

It's the OS "disk" of a miniPC which runs smoothly, but there's no way to format it to change the OS. I did detatch it from the board and used a SSD/USB cable
and tried to format it with Windows tools plus using Gparted with debian, no way I can't write on it.

Any suggestion?
