Hi,
I am
looking for a donor board for what appears being thus of a
Kingston DataTraveler 101 (DT101C).

This model comes with different PCB and controllers, some with two TSOP-48 chips and others with one BGA chip, so that it is a lottery.
The one that I am looking for is likely an early version as it has two TSOP-48 chips.
Except the location of one small resistor, the
PCB is same as the one pictured here: http://flash-extractor.com/library/PS/P ... 94_ba__2x2 Code:
PCB: 2024236-001.A00
Controller: Phison PS2232BD-F
Two NAND chips: Micron 29F16G0MAA
According to the printing on the flash drive, it would a 4GB one (assumed DT101C/4G). The customer also remembers the capacity as 4GB.
According to the printing on the NAND chips "Micron 29F16G0MAA" and
datasheet, I would expect a 16GB pen drive, but I cannot exclude a different usable capacity being set for market segmentation reason.
The label pasted on one NAND chip tells:
Code:
9904236-370.A00LF
3662185-0907122

Would you have one such flash drive or board for sale?
